Access City is an information, advocacy and referral body which empowers people to remove physical and sensory barriers from their environments. It provides a comprehensive referral service for solving or easing access problems in the Canberra Region.
Who can use Access City?
Access City has an inclusive agenda – This means that anyone can call the hotline and report an access issue, an individual does not need to identify as having a disability to use the service.
Why use Access City?
If you have an access complaint or concern that you would like to see resolved, Access City can assist you. Access issues can range from; getting into and around buildings, to reading or understanding signs or directions. There is no access issue too great or small too report to Access City.
Additionally, you may contact the service if you would like additional information, advocacy or a referral.

Phone the Access City Hotline on 6257 3077 – the Hotline is operated 9am-5pm Monday-Friday. A member of our staff will record your access complaint or issue.
